While they did respond, it often took days and often caused me to send another email because I didn't understand what was being communicated. As a result, it took days into weeks to build a single page! When I finally traced a few domestic based web design & programming services and came across Ivan. I signed up with Mabuhay, after my experience, I can echo that Mabuhay's telephone support staff have been professional and thorough in helping this "old dawg" learn some new tricks. They've also been patient in their understanding that I'm not at the high level of computer knowledge, as, well, that of my children.
