UPDATE: LINUX SERVER ISSUE |
Update (05/22/2010 11:54): Migration still in progress. Approxiamte 36% complete.
Update (05/21/2010 23:54): Server migration has begun. This is a slow process due to the amount of accounts. Resellers please change your name server IPs to 67.214.169.122 & 123. All others using ns1 & ns2.mabuhayservers.com will be automatically changed. In fact they were changed a few hours ago and should be propagated by morning. There is still a bit of configuration to do, but our primary goal is to get the sites back and go from there. We're getting there...
Update (05/21/2010 21:25): New server is online, currently being reconfigured. Old server is being worked to bring temporary till we migrate all accounts over. Thank you for your patience.
UpDate (05/21/2010 09:50): The server is currently going up & down. We are trying to bring it back up, while building a new server. Once this is done we will migrate all accounts over to the new server. Please be patient. We have a lot of work ahead of us - with very little rest since this started.
FIRST - Our apologies for the down time on the linux server
Problem: The server is experiencing some drive issues resulting in the sites coming up and down. Data Center technicians, myself and administrators are trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Completion Time: Unknown at this time
Note:
- This Linux server will be upgraded within a week or two, after this hardware issue is resolved.
- Please email cs@mabuhayhosting.com for any inquiries. Phone calls and SMS Text will not be entertained. Sorry, but all that does is places a longer repair time everytime we have to stop while we are trying to bring the server back up.
